At Bali Body, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and were purchased directly from our official website.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

• 3.
  Pack & Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
